Shipping Information:
Quality is our primary concern, so I recommend that your flowers reach my design studio within 2-3 days after your special event. Your flowers will preserve better if they are in good condition. If your event has already taken place, please call me (260.489.8718) and I will try to assess if I can still preserve your flowers. If some of your flowers need to be replaced, I will replace up to five flowers at no cost.
If you live in Fort Wayne we can make arrangements to will pick up your flowers at no cost to you. Advance notice is required for this service.

Prior to shipping or delivering your flowers:
Your flowers must be kept cool and dry. If flowers are in an oasis (green foam) bouquet holder, carefully add water to keep the flowers fresh. Wrap lightly with white tissue paper and place the entire bouquet in the refrigerator. If you have a corsage or boutonniere wrap these lightly with white tissue paper and place them in the refrigerator. If you have a single flower or hand-tied bouquet, cut about one inch from the bottom of each stem, place into a container of water, cover tops of flowers with white tissue paper and place in a refrigerator. Keep all flowers in a refrigerator until ready to mail.
DO NOT FREEZE!
Packing your flowers for shipment:
Prior to mailing, carefully tuck pieces of wrapping tissue paper around the flowers then loosely wrap entire bouquet in tissue paper. Boutonnieres, mother’s corsages and single flowers should be wrapped separately and shipped in the same box. Place the bouquet in the box first if you are shipping single flowers and/or boutonnieres at the same time. Use a box just big enough to hold your flowers and packing. Please use white tissue paper, colored paper will bleed onto flowers. Place wrapped bouquet in a box or Styrofoam cooler. Secure bouquet or flowers by gently placing newspaper or tissue paper around the flowers or the bouquet in the box.
Be sure to include your name, address and telephone number on a piece of paper inside the box so I know who’s bouquet is in the box. Close and seal the box with packing tape. Ship to:

Ship to me using an overnight service such as Fed Ex Priority Overnight, US Postal Services Express Shipping, or UPS Overnight. Do not request a signature upon delivery; this can sometimes delay delivery.
It is important that you contact us (260.489.8718) before you ship you bouquet so we know that it is coming. We will notify you when we receive your flowers.
